How do I create my first job folder?
Create a customer first, then open Jobs and tap the plus button. A job folder can hold estimates, invoices, receipts, notes, and project photos.
How do I make an estimate?
Open a job folder, choose Estimates, and tap New Estimate. Add materials, labor, mileage, or other line items, then share the estimate PDF when it is ready.
Can I convert an estimate into an invoice?
Yes. Open the estimate inside the job folder and tap Invoice. The app copies the line items, tax rate, discount, and notes into a new invoice draft.
How do receipt scans work?
Open a job folder, choose Receipts, and add an image from the camera or photo library. Pro users can run on-device OCR, then confirm or edit the merchant, date, total, tax, and category before saving.
What are the free plan limits?
The free plan includes up to 3 active job folders, 20 saved receipts, customer management, job folders, and basic estimate and invoice PDFs.
What does Pro include?
Pro adds unlimited active job folders, unlimited receipts, on-device receipt OCR, job packet PDF export, and receipt CSV export.
How much does Pro cost?

How do I restore a purchase?
Open Contractor Estimate Kit, choose Settings, then Restore Purchases. Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the same Apple ID used for the subscription.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Contractor Estimate Kit to manage or cancel it. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
Where is my data stored?
The app is local-first. Customer, job, estimate, invoice, receipt, and photo data is stored on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
A purchase is not appearing. What should I do?
Confirm that the device has an internet connection and uses the Apple ID that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, contact support@pureinsight.co with your iOS version and device model.
