01Overview

CoursePaw works without an account, advertising, analytics, or a developer-operated app server. PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not collect, upload, sell, or share course layouts, notes, preferences, or other app content.

02Course Data Stored on Your Device

Course names, dimensions, disciplines, obstacle positions, rotations, sequence numbers, labels, notes, and preferences are stored locally in the app's protected container. This data is not transmitted to PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD or a third party.

03Exports, Backups, and Sharing

PDF plans, PNG images, and JSON backups are created locally. They leave the app only when the user explicitly chooses a destination through Apple's system share sheet or file picker. The selected destination's privacy terms apply after sharing.

04Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. CoursePaw reads verified StoreKit entitlements to unlock Pro, but PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not receive payment card details. Apple's policies govern App Store transaction records.

05Tracking and Advertising

CoursePaw does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or tracking domains.

06Deleting Your Data

Deleting CoursePaw removes the locally stored course library and preferences from the device unless the user previously exported a backup or plan. Exported files remain controlled by the destination where the user saved them. App Store purchase records remain managed by Apple.

07Children's Privacy

CoursePaw does not collect personal information from children or anyone else. Adults remain responsible for the course names, notes, and files they choose to enter and export.

08Planning and Safety

CoursePaw is a general planning tool, not an official course certification or safety system. Organization rules and equipment specifications can differ and change. Users remain responsible for confirming current rules and inspecting ring boundaries, equipment, surfaces, and clearances on site.
