01Overview

IBS Tracker: FODMAP Diary is designed with your privacy as a priority. The app does not require an account, and Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not collect, upload, sell, or track your personal data.

02Data We Do Not Collect

IBS Tracker does not collect personal information. No registration is required. The app does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or a developer-operated backend.

03Data Stored on Your Device

Food logs, symptom logs, bowel details, FODMAP challenge records, pattern-summary notes, reminder preferences, and app settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage APIs. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

04PDF Reports and Sharing

If you create a PDF report, the report is generated locally on your device. You choose whether to save or share it using Apple's share sheet. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not receive a copy.

05Notifications

Challenge reminders are created entirely on your device using Apple's local notification APIs. Notification content and schedules are not sent to our servers.

06Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions and payments are managed by Apple through the App Store. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not have access to your payment card information. Apple's privacy policy governs App Store payment and transaction data.

07Medical Scope

IBS Tracker is an educational self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, make guarantees, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified clinician or dietitian before changing your diet or medical care.

08Deleting Your Data

You can delete all locally stored app data at any time using the delete option in Settings, or by deleting the app from your device. Apple's transaction records are managed by Apple and are not controlled by Pure Insight Technology Ltd.

09Children's Privacy

IBS Tracker does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Because the app records health-related self-tracking data, parents or guardians should supervise use by minors.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
