01Overview

PitchRest works without an account, advertising, analytics, or a developer-operated app server. PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not collect, upload, sell, or share roster, game, or pitching records through the app.

02Records Stored on Your Device

Team names, season labels, player names, jersey numbers, league ages, game details, pitch events, appearances, and rule preferences are stored locally using Apple platform storage. This app data is not transmitted to PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD or a third party.

03Exports and Sharing

CSV workload records are created locally. They leave the device only when the user explicitly chooses a destination in Apple's system share sheet. The selected destination's privacy terms apply after sharing.

04Notifications

Optional rest-day reminders are scheduled locally using Apple's notification APIs after the user grants permission. Player names, eligibility dates, and notification settings are not sent to our servers.

05Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. PitchRest reads the verified StoreKit entitlement required to unlock Pro, but PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not receive payment card details. Apple's policies govern App Store transaction records.

06Tracking and Advertising

PitchRest does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or tracking domains.

07Deleting Your Data

Use Settings > Delete all PitchRest data to remove teams, players, memberships, games, appearances, and pitch events from the device. Deleting the app also removes local records unless the user exported them. App Store purchase records remain managed by Apple.

08Children's Privacy

PitchRest is intended for parents, guardians, coaches, and adult scorekeepers. The app has no account and does not collect information from children or anyone else. Adults remain responsible for the player names and records they choose to enter and export.

09Record-Keeping and Safety

PitchRest is a general recordkeeping aid, not medical advice or an official eligibility system. League, tournament, and local rules can differ and change. Users remain responsible for confirming current requirements and seeking qualified medical advice for pain or injury concerns.

10Changes and Contact

If this policy changes, the Last Updated date will be revised. Privacy questions can be sent to support@pureinsight.co.
