How do I restore a purchase?
Open Reset Room, choose Settings, then Restore purchases. Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the same Apple ID used for the subscription.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Reset Room to manage or cancel it. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Use the Daily reset reminder toggle in Reset Room Settings. If notifications are disabled at the system level, open iOS Settings > Notifications > Reset Room.
How do I delete my local progress?
Open Reset Room Settings and choose Delete local progress. This removes local app data but does not cancel an App Store subscription.
A purchase is not appearing. What should I do?
Confirm that the device has an internet connection and uses the Apple ID that made the purchase, then choose Restore purchases. If the issue continues, contact support@pureinsight.co with your iOS version and device model.
