01Overview

Garage Evidence is designed for private, local-first vehicle record keeping. You can create vehicles, service records, reminders, and exports without creating an account.

02Data We Do Not Collect

Garage Evidence does not collect precise location, driving routes, VIN history, receipt image content, service notes, vehicle make/model details, or advertising identifiers. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs.

03Data Stored on Your Device

Vehicle details, service records, reminders, notes, receipt photos, invoices, and other attachments are stored locally on your device. Attachments are copied into the app-controlled storage area so they remain available offline.

04Exports

When you export PDF, CSV, or ZIP files, those files are created locally on your device and shared only through the destination you choose, such as Files, Mail, Messages, or another app.

05Notifications

Maintenance reminders are created on your device using Apple's local notification APIs. Reminder content is not sent to Pure Insight Technology Ltd servers.

06Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not receive your full payment card details. Apple's privacy policy governs App Store payment and transaction data.

07Deleting Your Data

You can delete vehicles, service records, attachments, and reminders in the app. Deleting the app from your device removes locally stored app data from that device. Apple's transaction records are managed by Apple.

08Children's Privacy

Garage Evidence is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

09Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date on this page.
