Do I need an account to use Garage Evidence?

No. Version 1.0 is local-first and lets you create your first vehicle and records without creating an account.

What can I track?

You can track vehicles and equipment, service dates, odometer readings, service type, provider, cost, notes, reminders, and receipt or invoice attachments.

Can I backdate old service records?

Yes. Past service dates are supported, and lower odometer values show a non-blocking warning so you can still save corrected or backfilled history.

What export formats are supported?

Garage Evidence can export PDF service history, CSV spreadsheets, and ZIP archives containing CSV files plus original attachment files.

What are the free plan limits?

The free plan supports one vehicle, up to 20 service records, basic reminders, first attachments, and export preview. Full PDF, CSV, and ZIP sharing requires Pro.

What does Pro include?

Pro unlocks multiple vehicles, unlimited service records, and full PDF, CSV, and ZIP export. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings in Garage Evidence and tap Manage Pro / Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, select Garage Evidence, and cancel there.

Does Garage Evidence use GPS mileage tracking or OBD?

No. Version 1.0 does not use GPS tracking, driving routes, OBD connections, VIN reports, or repair booking.

Is this an official vehicle history report?

No. Garage Evidence stores user-maintained records. Exports are not official vehicle history reports, tax documents, warranty determinations, or insurance determinations.
