01Overview
GigPlot: Stage Plot Maker is a local-first professional utility. No account or sign-in is required. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not collect, upload, sell, or use personal data from the app for tracking.
02Data We Do Not Collect
GigPlot does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or a company-operated backend. We do not receive your stage plots, input lists, technical contacts, production notes, equipment requirements, usage history, device identifiers, or location.
03Data Stored on Your Device
Projects, stage layouts, input lists, output mixes, equipment requirements, technical contacts, and production notes are stored locally on your device. App preferences are also stored locally. This information is not synchronized to a Pure Insight server.
04Exports and Sharing
When you create a stage image or technical package PDF, GigPlot generates the file on your device. The file leaves the app only when you choose a destination through Apple's system share sheet. The privacy practices of the service or person you select then apply to that copy.
05Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions and payments are managed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not receive your payment card or bank details. Apple's privacy policy governs Apple's processing of transaction data.
06Deleting Your Data
You can delete an individual project from the project library and confirm the deletion in the app. Deleting GigPlot from your device removes its remaining locally stored projects and preferences. Apple maintains any App Store transaction records under Apple's own policies.
07Children's Privacy
GigPlot does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal data, there is no child profile or account data held by Pure Insight Technology Ltd.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when GigPlot's features or legal requirements change. We will revise the Last Updated date on this page when we publish a change.
