Frequently asked questions

How do I create my first stage plot?

Tap the plus button in the project library, choose Blank stage or Solo artist, and open Edit Plot. Use Add to place stage elements, then drag or resize them on the canvas.

Which side is stage left?

GigPlot labels stage left and stage right from the performer's perspective while facing the audience. Confirm any venue-specific convention before sending your current revision.

How do stage elements connect to input channels?

Open Inputs, select a channel, and enable the matching items under Stage Links. GigPlot then displays the channel relationship in both the input list and stage plot.

What are the free plan limits?

Free includes one total project, up to eight stage elements and four input channels, the Blank and Solo templates, technical package PDF preview, and a watermarked stage image.

What does GigPlot Pro include?

Pro unlocks unlimited projects, stage elements, and input channels; all professional templates; shareable technical package PDFs; and high-resolution stage images without a watermark.

Does GigPlot Pro include a free trial?

No. GigPlot does not use an introductory free trial. The App Store purchase screen shows the current price and billing period before you subscribe.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings in GigPlot and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID that purchased the subscription.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open Settings in GigPlot and tap Manage Subscription, or open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.

Where are my projects stored?

Projects are stored locally on your device. GigPlot does not require an account and does not upload projects to a Pure Insight server. Back up or share important final documents using the export tools.

How do I delete a project?

In the project library, swipe left on a project or open its context menu, choose Delete, and confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.

Why does my package show readiness issues?

Readiness checks flag missing act names, unnamed sources, duplicate channel numbers, or broken stage links. Open the related editor, correct the item, and return to Package to confirm the issue is cleared.

My purchase or export is not working. What should I do?

For purchases, verify your App Store connection and try Restore Purchases. For exports, confirm the project has a name and sufficient device storage. If the problem continues, email support@pureinsight.co with your iOS version and a description of what happened.
