How do I record a lesson?

On Today, choose Start timer to record while teaching or Quick add to enter a completed lesson. Select the learner and subject, add an optional note, and save.

What are the free plan limits?

HomeHours Free includes one learner, up to five subjects, and the latest 30 days of visible learning history. Timer and quick-add recording remain available.

What does HomeHours Plus include?

Plus adds unlimited learners and subjects, complete learning history, PDF and CSV report exports, and an optional weekly local record reminder.

How much does HomeHours Plus cost?

How are instruction days counted?

A calendar date counts as one instruction day when it contains at least one saved learning session for the selected learner or for all learners in the combined report.

Can HomeHours confirm that my records meet local law?

No. HomeHours organizes the information you enter, but homeschool laws and reporting rules vary. Verify requirements with the appropriate state, local, or national authority.

Where are our records stored?

Learners, subjects, goals, lessons, and notes stay on the iPhone or iPad. HomeHours has no account and does not upload this data to Pure Insight.

How do I export a report?

Open Reports, choose the learner scope, then select Export PDF or Export CSV. HomeHours Plus prepares the file locally and opens Apple's share sheet.

How do I restore or manage a subscription?

Open Settings in HomeHours and choose Restore purchases. To manage or cancel, open the iPhone or iPad Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select HomeHours.

A purchase is not appearing. What should I do?

Confirm that the device has an internet connection and uses the Apple ID that made the purchase, then choose Restore purchases. If the issue continues, contact support@pureinsight.co with your iOS version and device model.
