01Overview

HueBook is designed to work without an account, advertising, analytics, or a developer-operated app server. PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not collect, upload, sell, or share client records through the app.

02Client and Formula Data

Client names, contact details entered by the user, allergy notes, service notes, formulas, processing times, results, templates, and preferences are stored locally on the user's device with Apple platform storage. This app data is not transmitted to PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD or a third party.

03Photos

HueBook uses Apple's system photo picker when the user chooses a before-or-after image. The app receives only the selected image and stores it inside the local formula record. HueBook does not scan or upload the photo library.

04Exports and Sharing

PDF formula cards and JSON backups are created locally. They leave the device only when the user explicitly chooses a destination in Apple's system share sheet. The selected destination's privacy terms apply after sharing.

05Notifications

Processing timers are scheduled locally using Apple's notification APIs. No timer, client name, formula, or notification schedule is sent to our servers.

06Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. HueBook reads the verified StoreKit entitlement needed to unlock Pro features, but PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not receive payment card details. Apple's policies govern App Store transaction records.

07Tracking and Advertising

HueBook does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or tracking domains.

08Deleting Your Data

Use Settings > Delete all local data to remove clients, formulas, templates, and locally stored photos from the device. Deleting the app also removes its local data. App Store purchase records remain managed by Apple.

09Professional Responsibility

HueBook stores professional notes and formulas. It does not provide chemical safety instructions, manufacturer guidance, or cosmetology training. Professionals remain responsible for product labels, patch testing, client consent, record handling, and local rules.
