What are the free plan limits?

Pro adds unlimited clients, formula history, and saved mixes, plus proportional mix scaling, before-and-after photos, PDF formula cards, and a complete JSON backup export.

How does mix scaling work?

Open a formula and enter the new target weight in grams. HueBook multiplies each component proportionally and rounds the displayed weight to one decimal place while preserving the original ratio.

Where are client records stored?

Client records, formulas, templates, and selected photos stay on the iPhone. HueBook has no account and does not upload this data to Pure Insight.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open HueBook Settings and choose Restore purchases. Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the same Apple ID used for the subscription.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select HueBook to manage or cancel it. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

How do I back up or move my records?

HueBook Pro can prepare a JSON backup from Settings. Choose a secure destination in the system share sheet and handle the exported client data according to your professional and local privacy obligations.

A purchase is not appearing. What should I do?

Confirm that the device has an internet connection and uses the Apple ID that made the purchase, then choose Restore purchases. If the issue continues, contact support@pureinsight.co with your iOS version and device model.
