01Overview

ManeLedger works without an account, advertising, analytics, or a developer-operated app server. PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not collect, upload, sell, or share horse profiles, care records, schedules, photos, documents, or contact details through the app.

02Records Stored on Your Device

Horse identity details, care contacts, insurance references, emergency notes, care history, body measurements, costs, schedules, selected attachments, and app preferences are stored locally using Apple platform storage. This app data is not transmitted to PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD or a third party.

03Photos and Documents

ManeLedger accesses only photos or files the user explicitly selects through Apple's system pickers. Selected items are copied into the local care record. The app does not scan the photo library or upload selected content to our servers.

04Exports, Backups, and Sharing

PDF summaries, CSV history, and versioned JSON backups are created locally only when the user requests them. A file leaves the app only when the user explicitly selects a destination in Apple's system share or file interface. The selected destination's privacy terms apply after sharing. Restoring a backup reads only the file the user explicitly selects.

05Notifications

Optional care reminders are scheduled locally using Apple's notification APIs after the user grants permission. Horse names, care instructions, reminder times, and notification settings are not sent to our servers.

06Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. ManeLedger reads the verified StoreKit entitlement required to unlock Pro, but PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not receive payment card details. Apple's policies govern App Store transaction records.

07Tracking and Advertising

ManeLedger does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or tracking domains.

08Deleting Your Data

The Delete all local data control removes horse profiles, care records, attachments, and plans stored by ManeLedger on the device. Deleting the app also removes its local app data. Files previously exported or backed up are controlled by the destination where the user saved them and must be deleted there. App Store purchase records remain managed by Apple.

09Animal Health and Safety

ManeLedger is a personal organization and recordkeeping tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate medication doses, verify treatment instructions, or replace a veterinarian or other qualified equine professional. Users remain responsible for confirming all care decisions and directions with the appropriate professional.

10Changes and Contact

If this policy changes, the Last Updated date will be revised. Privacy questions can be sent to support@pureinsight.co.
