01Overview

MilkShelf works without an account, advertising, analytics, or a developer-operated app server. PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not collect, upload, sell, or share pumping or breast milk inventory records through the app.

02Records Stored on Your Device

Pump times, expressed volumes, container labels, storage locations, dates, inventory events, reminder choices, planning assumptions, and app preferences are stored locally using Apple platform storage. This app data is not transmitted to PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD or a third party.

03Exports, Backups, and Sharing

CSV reports, readable PDF summaries, and versioned JSON backups are created locally only when the user requests them. A file leaves the app only when the user explicitly selects a destination in Apple's system share or file interface. The selected destination's privacy terms apply after sharing. Restoring a backup reads the file the user explicitly selects.

04Notifications

Optional pumping and oldest-milk reminders are scheduled locally using Apple's notification APIs after the user grants permission. Reminder times, container details, and notification settings are not sent to our servers.

05Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. MilkShelf reads the verified StoreKit entitlement required to unlock Pro, but PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not receive payment card details. Apple's policies govern App Store transaction records.

06Tracking and Advertising

MilkShelf does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or tracking domains.

07Deleting Your Data

Deleting MilkShelf removes its locally stored app records from the device. Files previously exported or backed up are controlled by the destination where the user saved them and must be deleted there. App Store purchase records remain managed by Apple.

08Health and Safety

MilkShelf is a personal organization and recordkeeping tool. Shelf-life values, use-by dates, and stash-duration estimates are planning aids, not medical, feeding, storage-safety, or lactation advice. Users remain responsible for following current local health guidance and advice from qualified professionals.

09Children's Privacy

MilkShelf is intended for adult parents and caregivers. The app has no account and does not collect personal information from children or anyone else.
