01Overview
MoveSync is a private dance practice app. No MoveSync account is required. We do not sell personal data, run advertising, or use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
02Imported Videos and Recordings
Videos you import and dance covers you record are stored in app-managed storage on your device. They are processed on device and are not uploaded to Pure Insight Technology Ltd or included in iCloud metadata sync. A file leaves the app only when you explicitly export or share it using an Apple system share destination.
03Practice Data and iCloud
MoveSync stores video labels, markers, saved ranges, playback settings, practice history, statistics, and other preferences locally. If you enable iCloud Sync, eligible metadata and practice history are stored in your private Apple iCloud account through CloudKit so they can appear on your devices. Apple processes that data under Apple's privacy terms. Imported videos and dance recordings are never synchronized.
04Camera, Microphone, and Photos
Camera and microphone access are used only when you choose to record a dance cover. Photos access is used only to import a video you select or save an export you request. MoveSync does not scan your full photo library or record in the background.
05Subscriptions and Purchases
Monthly and annual subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through StoreKit. MoveSync receives verified product, transaction, and entitlement status but does not receive your full payment card details.
06Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete imported videos, recordings, saved practice items, and practice statistics from within MoveSync. Deleting the app removes its local app-managed data. When iCloud Sync is enabled, metadata may remain in your private iCloud account and on your other devices according to Apple's CloudKit retention behavior. 07Children's Privacy
MoveSync is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as MoveSync changes. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
