01Overview

PAPProof is designed to work without an account, advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, Apple Health access, CPAP device sync, or a developer-operated app server. PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not collect, upload, sell, or share therapy records through the app.

02Records Stored on Your Device

Therapy profile names, machine and mask notes, saved compliance rule values, CPAP usage dates and hours, optional AHI and leak values, notes, and reminder settings are stored locally on the user's device with Apple platform storage. This app data is not transmitted to PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD or a third party.

03Reports and Sharing

PDF and CSV reports are created locally. They leave the device only when the user explicitly chooses a destination in Apple's system share sheet. The selected destination's privacy terms apply after sharing.

04Notifications

The optional daily log reminder is scheduled locally using Apple's notification APIs. No therapy record, reminder setting, or notification schedule is sent to our servers.

05Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. PAPProof reads the verified StoreKit entitlement needed to unlock Pro features, but PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not receive payment card details. Apple's policies govern App Store transaction records.

06Tracking and Advertising

PAPProof does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or tracking domains.

07Deleting Your Data

Use Settings > Delete Local Data to remove the therapy profile and night logs from the device. Deleting the app also removes its local records unless the user exported them. App Store purchase records remain managed by Apple.

08Medical Scope

PAPProof is a user-entered record-keeping utility. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapy monitor, treatment recommendation, legal compliance system, insurance determination, DOT/FAA determination, or substitute for professional guidance.

09Children's Privacy

PAPProof is intended for users managing their own CPAP-related records. The app has no account and does not collect information from children or anyone else.

10Changes and Contact

If this policy changes, the Last Updated date will be revised. Privacy questions can be sent to support@pureinsight.co.
