Does PAPProof connect to my CPAP machine?

No. PAPProof is a manual log. Enter the usage hours and optional values you read from your machine, provider portal, SD card report, or personal notes.

Can PAPProof decide whether I meet an insurance or employer rule?

No. PAPProof calculates against the rule saved in the app, but requirements vary and can change. Verify any rule with your clinician, insurer, employer, DME provider, DOT/FAA contact, or relevant authority.

What are the free plan limits?

PAPProof Free includes one profile, nightly logs, the rolling 30-day dashboard, a current-window PDF report with a small PAPProof footer, daily local reminders, and local data deletion.

What does PAPProof Pro include?

Pro unlocks complete visible history, custom compliance rules, CSV export, and unbranded PDF reports.

How much does PAPProof Pro cost?

The US list price is $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible Apple IDs. App Store prices may vary by country, taxes, and currency.

Where is my CPAP data stored?

Therapy profile details, usage logs, optional AHI/leak values, notes, and reminder settings stay on your iPhone or iPad. PAPProof has no account and does not upload this data to Pure Insight.

How do I export a report?

Open Reports and choose Share PDF Report. Pro users can also export CSV. Files are created locally and shared only through the destination you choose.

How do I restore or manage a subscription?

Open the PAPProof paywall and choose Restore Purchases. To manage or cancel, open the iPhone or iPad Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select PAPProof.

How do I delete my local data?

Open Settings in PAPProof and choose Delete Local Data. This removes the therapy profile and night logs from the device but does not cancel an App Store subscription.

A purchase is not appearing. What should I do?

Confirm that the device has an internet connection and uses the Apple ID that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, contact support@pureinsight.co with your iOS version and device model.
