01Overview

Petal Flow is designed as a private period tracking tool. The app does not require an account, and Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not collect, upload, sell, or track your period data.

02Data We Do Not Collect

Petal Flow does not collect personal information. The app does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or a developer-operated backend for your logs.

03Data Stored on Your Device

Period dates, flow, pain, symptoms, mood, notes, cycle factors, reminder settings, widget privacy settings, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage APIs. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

04Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Petal Flow can request permission to read or write menstrual flow records. Apple Health access is optional, permission-based, and controlled by iOS. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not receive Apple Health data.

05Exports and Sharing

If you create a PDF or CSV export, the file is generated locally on your device. You choose whether to save or share it using Apple's share sheet. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not receive a copy.

06Notifications and Widgets

Care reminders and period reminders are created on your device using Apple's local notification APIs. Widget snapshots are stored locally for display by iOS. Notification and widget content is designed to be discreet and is not sent to our servers.

07Subscriptions and Payments

Petal Flow 1.0 is free and does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. If this changes in the future, any App Store payments will be managed by Apple, and Apple's privacy policy will govern App Store payment and transaction data.

08Health and Medical Scope

Petal Flow is a self-tracking and reminder tool. Predictions are estimates based on your own logs. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or make fertility or contraception claims. Consult a qualified clinician for medical questions.

09Deleting Your Data

You can delete all locally stored Petal Flow data at any time using the delete option in Settings, or by deleting the app from your device. Data stored in Apple Health is controlled through the Apple Health app and iOS privacy settings.

10Children's Privacy

Petal Flow does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Because the app records health-related self-tracking data, parents or guardians should supervise use by minors.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
