Do I need an account?

No. Petal Flow works locally on your iPhone and does not require sign-in.

What can I track?

You can log period start and end dates, flow level, pain, symptoms, mood, notes, cycle factors, and reminder preferences.

How are predictions calculated?

Petal Flow estimates your next period window from your recent logged cycles. It shows a confidence label and basis so the estimate is not presented as a guarantee.

Does Petal Flow sync with Apple Health?

Apple Health sync is optional. If you grant permission, Petal Flow can import or write menstrual flow records. You can control access in iOS Health privacy settings.

Can I hide sensitive widget text?

Yes. Settings include widget privacy modes and a discreet theme so widgets and reminders can avoid sensitive wording.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Petal Flow can create local PDF and CSV exports that you choose to save or share using Apple's share sheet.

Is this medical advice?

No. Petal Flow is a self-tracking and reminder tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or make fertility or contraception claims.

How do I delete my local data?

Open Settings in Petal Flow and use the delete data option, or delete the app from your device. Apple Health data is managed separately in iOS Health settings.
