01Overview

PexPlan is an offline-first radiant-floor planning and commissioning record app. No account is required. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not collect, upload, sell, or use your project records for advertising.

02Data Stored on Your Device

Project names, client references, site descriptions, zone assumptions, calculated circuit plans, manifold details, balancing readings, pressure-test records, and settings are stored locally in PexPlan's private storage on your Android device. PexPlan does not operate a server that receives these records.

03Reports and Backups

PDF reports, CSV schedules, and PexPlan backup files leave private app storage only when you explicitly choose a destination through Android's system file picker. The privacy terms of the storage provider or app you choose then apply to that exported file.

04Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

PexPlan contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking. The app does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or broad storage access.

05Subscriptions and Payments

Optional Pro subscriptions are offered and managed through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment information and provides PexPlan with purchase status needed to unlock Pro. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not receive your full payment-card details. Google's privacy policy governs Google's processing.

06Deleting Your Data

You can delete individual working projects and their related records inside PexPlan. Uninstalling PexPlan deletes its local database, subject to Android device behavior. Files you explicitly exported remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted from that destination separately. Google Play purchase records are managed by Google.

07Security and Your Responsibilities

PexPlan relies on Android app-private storage and your device security. Project files can contain client names, addresses, and technical records. Protect your device with a screen lock and save or share exports only to destinations and recipients you trust.

08Children's Privacy

PexPlan is a professional trade tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

09Policy Changes and Contact
