01Overview

Travel Cleaner helps you remove tourists, people, objects, wires, signs, and other distractions from travel photos. The app does not require an account and does not sell personal data.

02Photos and Cloud Processing

Imported photos stay on your device while you choose a photo, draw optional masks, inspect previews, and export results. When you run online cleanup, the app uploads the selected photo and, when you provide one, the marked mask area to our processing service so the edited preview can be generated.

03Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores local project history, preview images, export settings, purchase state, and a private device identifier on your device. This helps restore export access and show recent work without requiring sign in.

04Server Records

Our backend may store uploaded assets, cleanup job records, support tickets, anonymous device identifiers, App Store transaction identifiers, entitlement status, export authorizations, and cost-control records needed to operate the service and prevent duplicate export use.

05Purchases and Subscriptions

Trip Packs and Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not receive your payment card information. Apple manages billing, refunds, subscription cancellation, and App Store transaction history.

06Support Requests

If you contact support from the app, we receive the message you submit plus diagnostic context such as app version, device model, operating system version, anonymous support ID, purchase state, and related cleanup job ID when available.

07Deletion

Use Delete Server Data in Settings to request removal of uploaded assets, cleanup jobs, support tickets, entitlement ledger records, and related server records for this device. Deleting the app removes local app data from your device. Apple transaction records are managed by Apple.

08Children's Privacy

Travel Cleaner is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

09Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as the app changes. The Last Updated date on this page shows when the current policy took effect.
