What does Travel Cleaner do?

Travel Cleaner removes tourists, people, objects, wires, signs, and other distractions from travel photos. Quick mode is designed for obvious distractions. Refine lets you mark a specific area when you need better precision.

Can I preview before paying?

Yes. You can run cleanup previews before saving. A Trip Pack credit or active Pro subscription is used only when a saved export completes.

What are Trip Packs?

Trip Packs are consumable export credits for occasional travel edits. The 20 Export Pack includes 20 saved exports, and the 50 Export Pack includes 50 saved exports.

What does Pro include?

Pro provides high-usage access to saved exports while the subscription is active. Weekly Pro renews every week, and Yearly Pro renews every year until canceled.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings in Travel Cleaner and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Choose Travel Cleaner and cancel the subscription. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Why does cleanup take time?

Online cleanup uploads the selected photo, generates an edited result, and then returns a preview. You can switch apps or lock the phone while processing continues.

How do I delete server data?

Open Settings in Travel Cleaner and use Delete Server Data. This requests deletion of uploaded assets, cleanup jobs, support tickets, and related server records for the current device.

My result is not good enough. What should I do?

Use Refine mode, mark only the problem area, and run the precision edit. If the result still fails, contact support from the failed job state so the support ticket includes the relevant job ID.

My purchase is not working. What should I do?

Check your network connection, confirm you are signed in to the App Store, and tap Restore Purchases in Settings. If the issue remains, contact support@pureinsight.co.
