1. Overview
Verdant works without an account, advertising, or cross-app tracking. To create an AI redesign, the garden photo selected by the user is uploaded to infrastructure operated for PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD and processed by an image-generation provider through Cloudflare AI Gateway.
2. Photos and Generated Images
Verdant receives only a photo the user explicitly selects with Apple's photo picker or takes with the camera. The selected photo and generated result are stored in our Cloudflare object storage so the service can complete generation, return the result, maintain project history, and support deletion. Do not upload photos containing people, private documents, addresses, or information you do not want processed.
3. Installation Identifier and Product Events
Verdant creates a random installation identifier. It is sent with design requests, plan status, and a limited set of first-party product events such as app opened, design completed, paywall viewed, purchase completed, project revisited, or design shared. These events help us measure reliability, activation, retention, and paid conversion. They are not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale to third parties.
4. Data Stored on the Device
Saved Garden Projects, before-and-after image copies, planning-step progress, notes, free-use state, preferences, and the random installation identifier are stored on the device using Apple platform storage. Local reminders are scheduled with Apple's notification APIs and their schedule is not sent to our server.
5. Service Providers
Cloudflare provides the Worker, database, object storage, queues, and AI Gateway used by Verdant. An image-generation provider processes the selected image and instructions to return a redesign. Service providers process data to operate the requested feature under their applicable terms and safeguards.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Verdant reads verified StoreKit entitlements to unlock paid features and sends the resulting free or paid plan status to its service for operation and measurement. PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD does not receive payment card details. Apple's policies govern App Store transaction records.
7. Tracking and Advertising
Verdant does not contain advertising SDKs, third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, or data brokerage. First-party operational events are associated with the random installation identifier, not an account profile.
8. Deletion and Retention
Deleting a Garden Project in the app requests deletion of its server-side input and result images and removes the local project. Deleting the app removes local data but may not delete server records or App Store transaction records. To request deletion associated with an installation, contact support@pureinsight.co from the device and include the information requested by support. Operational records are retained only as reasonably necessary to run, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
9. Children and Sensitive Content
Verdant is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. Users must not upload images of children, other identifiable people, private documents, or sensitive personal information.
10. Changes and Contact
If this policy changes, the Last Updated date will be revised. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to support@pureinsight.co.
