End-User License Agreement

Verdant: AI Garden Redesign is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA), the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Subscription Terms

• Monthly subscription: $9.99/month
• Yearly subscription: $59.99/year
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
• Actual price may vary by country, taxes, or currency.

Additional Terms

Verdant Pro is an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple. Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings. AI-generated garden images and action plans are visual concepts only and may be inaccurate or impractical. Verdant does not provide landscape architecture, engineering, construction, drainage, utility-location, horticultural, safety, legal, or regulatory advice. Users remain responsible for professional checks, permissions, site safety, plant suitability, and compliance with applicable rules. Users must have the right to upload each image and must not upload identifiable people, private documents, addresses, or sensitive content.
