01Overview

LayerLoad is a local-first mixed-SKU pallet planning app. No account is required. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not collect, upload, sell, or use your pallet projects for advertising.

02Data Stored on Your Device

Project names, pallet dimensions and limits, carton definitions, handling constraints, generated plans, and preferences are stored in LayerLoad's private storage on your Apple device. LayerLoad does not operate a backend that receives this project data.

03Camera and Barcode Scanning

Camera access is optional and is requested only when you choose barcode scanning. Camera frames are processed on the device to place a detected barcode value into the SKU field. LayerLoad does not retain or transmit images or video. You can always type the SKU instead.

04Exports and Backups

PDF load sheets, CSV files, and JSON project backups leave private app storage only when you explicitly choose an export destination through Apple's system interface. The privacy terms of the destination or recipient you select then apply to that file.

05Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

LayerLoad contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking. The app does not request contacts, location, microphone, or broad photo-library access.

06Purchases

Optional Pro subscriptions and lifetime access are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple provides LayerLoad with verified purchase status needed to unlock Pro. Pure Insight Technology Ltd does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple's privacy policy governs Apple's transaction processing.

07Deleting and Protecting Your Data

You can delete individual projects inside LayerLoad. Uninstalling LayerLoad removes its local app data subject to Apple device and backup behavior. Files you exported remain at their chosen destinations and must be deleted there separately. Protect your device and share operational files only with recipients you trust.

08Children's Privacy

LayerLoad is a professional logistics tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

09Policy Changes and Contact
