01End-User License Agreement

LayerLoad: Pallet Planner is licensed under the Apple Standard End-User License Agreement , whose terms are incorporated by reference.

02Subscription terms

• Monthly subscription: $14.99/month
• Yearly subscription: $119.99/year
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Apple ID Account Settings.
• Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Actual prices may vary by country, tax, or currency.

03Additional terms

LayerLoad is licensed as a planning aid for lawful pallet-building and logistics work. It does not provide structural engineering, load-securement certification, workplace-safety certification, legal advice, carrier compliance, or a guarantee of a globally optimal arrangement. You are responsible for verifying source measurements, carton properties, constraints, generated placements, warnings, exports, pallet condition, packaging strength, restraints, equipment limits, and applicable requirements before relying on a plan. Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple at the localized price and renewal period shown before confirmation. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. No free trial or introductory offer is included. Do not store or share operational information you are not authorized to handle.
